What is going on here?

Use our service to send three anonymous postcards to anyone in the U.S. One word each week keeps them guessing. On the last card they’ll find out it was you.

Can I pick my own words?

Nope. The magic of our service is that each card is innocent by itself. Only when all three come together does the message turn dirty. Got a good one? Send it our way and we’ll consider featuring it.

Can I customize the cards?

Kind of. You can choose the words, colors, and write a short message for the final card (where your identity is revealed). The other cards can’t be changed.

Will you let me know when you send the cards?

Yes. You can get an email after each card is sent, just after the last one, or none at all. Your choice.

How long does it take for the postcards to show up?

It usually takes about 7-9 days for the first card to arrive. While we try our best to estimate when the cards will arrive, there are a lot of factors we can’t control with mail delivery.

How big are the cards?

The cards are 4x6 inches, printed on thick paper with a heavy UV coating. They will inevitably get a little beat up due to mail processing, but we consider that a feature and not a bug.

What if I change my mind?

You can cancel within 4 hours of ordering. Just click the link in your confirmation email. After that, it’s too late and we do not offer any refunds. Please keep this into consideration prior to placing an order.

What if I mess up the address?

We use address autocomplete and verification to help avoid non-deliverable mail. If our system decides its not deliverable, you can’t place an order. If something seems off, let us know.

Do you print the postcards yourself?

We use a third party vendor to print and ship the postcards. This ensures that your cards will look great and get to your recipient’s mailbox as expected. The whole process, from order to fulfillment, is completely automated.
